Science Over Stress

A recent sleep study published in the National Library of Medicine found that participants who wrote to-do lists a few minutes before going to bed fell asleep significantly faster. The lists were about specific tasks they needed to complete in the upcoming days. The study also found the more specifically participants wrote their to-do list, the faster they fell asleep.
